We want you to be fully satisfied with your Phil Wickham merchandise; if you are not, you may return or exchange unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label generated from our portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Wait for Processing

  Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
